Washington DC continues to outperform most housing markets in the US and economists are projecting continued demand due to historically low interest rates, strong job growth and supply constraints in the condo market. This was certainly apparent with the flood of attendees at the recent annual conference of the Washington Chapter of CAI (Community Association Institute). It was also clear that community managers and board members are looking for value for their communities.

The Concierge Plus team met with over 1,700 community managers and board members at the event to educate them on how technology can simplify the management of their community and can also assist in opening the lines of communication between managers and residents. Attendees saw the inherent value of reducing community operating costs and streamlining out-dated manual processes through the use of Concierge Plus.

Once the conference was over, the CP team was able to get out and enjoy the gorgeous weather, take in the sights (including the White House) and even had time to check out the Cherry Blossom festival.
