In early March, the Concierge Plus team travelled to Miami for the South Florida Condo and HOA Expo. As we continue to grow our business in the US it was great to meet with clients and new prospects and share thoughts on how communities are coming to rely on digital technology more and more (oh and it was a nice break from our wintery weather too).

The South Florida Condo and HOA Expo is one of the largest events in the area and brings together community and property managers. We were thrilled to be able to speak with hundreds of delegates about our all-in-one web based property management tool and community website solution for condos, and homeowners associations.

Response to Concierge Plus was tremendous. Property managers loved how intuitive and easy to use our solution is to manage their day-to-day tasks and communicate with their residents. The also loved the simplicity of our front desk tool which assists building staff to manage package deliveries and entry instructions.

And of course we managed to fit in a meal at Joe’s Stone Crab (a must for anyone travelling to Miami), and one of the lucky visitors to our booth even won a gift card to Joe’s as well.

Next up is the Washington CAI conference but we will be back to Florida again soon!
