The Concierge Plus team mingles with a full house in Vegas at the CAI Annual Conference
In early May, the Concierge Plus team headed west to be a part of the Community Association Institute’s Annual Conference at Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas. For three days, we met and mingled with over one thousand property managers, board members, and industry leaders hailing from across the country, and across the pond.
The attendee roster was truly global and with so many diverse community managers congregating in one space, it was exciting for us to hear the same question raised over and over again, “How can I streamline processes efficiently without increasing operating costs, which ultimately are passed on to the end-user?”
From mega-modern condo parks to sprawling commercial properties, communities may come in different shapes and sizes, but their management and operational challenges remain the same: communicate simply, effectively, and concisely with both tenants and residents. Even our new Australian friends were actively seeking a solution to reducing operating costs while at the same time, updating and modernizing procedures. (Do we sense a trip Down Under coming up?)
Overall, the Concierge Plus team was pleased to have met with as many as 300 leaders in the community association industry. In particular, it was exciting to speak with so many property managers and management firms who are well aware that their brand’s reputation—built on everything from customer service to décor—is an increasingly large factor in any purchaser’s decision.
While we can’t help with first impressions of your front lobby, we can help with first, and lasting, impressions of your online communications platform. No matter where you place your welcome mat, we have a tailor-made solution that will feel right at home.
