Wise words first uttered by the Waschowski brothers and later echoed by Zappos.com CEO, Tony Hsieh, in his book, Delivering Happiness. The quote brings up a great point when seen in the context of corporate culture and client-facing branding, two often misaligned forces.
The Concierge Plus team mingles with a full house in Vegas at the CAI Annual Conference
In early May, the Concierge Plus team headed west to be a part of the Community Association Institute’s Annual Conference at Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas. For three days, we met and mingled with over one thousand property managers, board members, and industry leaders hailing from across the country, and across the pond.

ACMO/CCI Living in Balance Condo Conference to debut our new product, Concierge Plus. The Living in Balance conference brings together property managers and board members from condo corporations across Canada for two days of educational sessions, networking events and a large tradeshow. This year's event was the biggest yet, with over 1,200 attendees!
