This role offers a ground up opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in a fast growing global web services company.
The Client Services Manager will lead the pre-sales project definition and proposal phase, and will oversee the implementation of projects and ongoing customer support. Specific responsibilities include:
- Fulfill a key role in WebCanada's management team, with appropriate responsiveness to the needs of global customers and colleagues. Motivated by success and capable of inspiring the team.
- Participate in the sale process to lead project definition and proposal creation, including the assessment of technical requirements.
- Oversee project implementation and ongoing support; responsible for customer satisfaction through the resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date view of all projects and proposals in progress. Streamline business operations.
- Personnel management, leadership and mentoring of the development team. Oversee the development and recruitment of skills required to deliver on the needs of WebCanada's client base.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and background:
- 5+ years demonstrated success in a similar, customer-facing role.
- Web technologies experience, including development experience in PHP/ MySQL and website management with CMS.
- Project management skills; well organized and a good presenter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with international clients across several timezones.
