Project Manager

WebCanada is looking for a dedicated and proven Project Manager who will be responsible to articulate client needs and communicate them to the development/creative team. Coupled with your technical background, you are the type of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the needs of a growing company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working closely with developers and designers on requirements gathering and project delivery
• Working with both creative and development team to execute projects 
• You will be responsible for the full cycle of project: pre-sales, approval and delivery 
• Pre-sales proposal preparation, including project scoping, costing and assessment of creative requirements
• Providing the creative team with assets and project objectives. 
• Liaising with clients throughout the duration of the project cycle and for ongoing enhancements 
• Preparation and management of timelines for parallel projects 
• Assignment and oversight of development/creative team 
• Management of project delivery through to completion

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education normally required: Post graduate degree or diploma in related field

Experience & Technical Skills:

• 2+ years related experience, including development and creative project management
• Experience managing both development and creative aspects of the project and a track record of managing multiple small projects and larger projects (over $50,000) 
• Demonstrated success in a similar, client-facing role 
• Solid project management skills; well organized, strong presenter with great negotiation skills and attention to detail 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience working with international clients across several time zones 
• Proven knowledge of web design terms and concepts
